Why should i book with wolfpack weekends?

Organizing a bachelor party can be a logistical nightmare, it can also be extremely time consuming.  So if you are looking for a hassle free way to organize the groom's special weekend then look no further. We will sort everything for you and your group in regards to activities, accommodation and transport. We are also happy to help out with table reservations and other boring bits of admin. By letting us take care of everything you can concentrate on the more exciting parts of the weekend (unfortunate costume for the stag!) You will save hours of time and also our individual payment system means you don't have to chase people for money.

How do i get a quote for a wolfpack weekend?

Simple! Once you send in your inquiry, we aim to get back to you within 48 hours with a quote (can be a little longer if submitted over a weekend). Alternatively, you can call us to discuss your requirements and get the ball rolling.  

why are your prices not listed on your website?

Every party is bespoke and different in terms of group size and date etc. This causes prices to vary between events, please get in touch to receive a free quote for your group!

Can group members pay individually?

Absolutely! Each member will receive their own payment link to make payment and secure their place. This makes life far easier for the best man/organizer.

How can I pay?

We accept credit card payments (Visa & Mastercard) and also bank payments. You will be sent a secured link via email in order to make payment.

When do I have to pay?

The best man/organizer needs to pay their deposit to secure the event. The rest of the wolfpack then have 2 weeks to pay their deposit. Our payment terms are typically a 25% non-refundable deposit with the remaining 75% paid 6 weeks before the event. For any events taking place within 6 weeks then the full balance will need to be paid by each person, this is because suppliers require full payment within this timeframe.

On occasions, a larger initial deposit will need to be made to secure accommodation. This is dependant on the cancellation policy of the accommodation chosen and will be outlined at time of booking.

Additionally, sometimes the 75% balance will need to be paid further in advance than 6 weeks from the event. This is due to some accommodation options and their payment policies. This will be outlined to you at the time of booking if appropriate.

What happens if someone drops out?

If after booking someone drops out, this could change your package price depending on what has been booked. We may need to take another payment or refund you after your balance due date. We will always ensure to let you know beforehand.

What happens if someone wants to join after a booking has been made?

Let us know and we will see what we can do, we never want anyone to miss out so we will do our best to add them to the party!

What happens if I need to cancel?

No problem - We understand that plans can change, so you can cancel your wolfpack weekend. Please note that all deposits paid are non-refundable. We will always do our best to amend the package if this helps avoid cancellation.

Do I need exact numbers to get a quote or to book?

We require a group number to be able to quote accurately, we are happy to provide a quote based on expected numbers and then once you have finalized group numbers we can proceed with booking.

We want to do something that isn’t listed, can you help?

Absolutely! We have had many different requests from our groups (from the fairly normal to the really strange!) So, if you have something in mind then let us know and we will do our best to make it happen.

How far in advance should I start planning?

Although we can (and do) help with last minute requests, the best events are always planned well in advance. The sweet spot for bachelor parties is at least 3-6 months prior of your desired date. This increases the chances of there being availability for accommodation, transport and activities and ensuring an epic time for you and your Wolfpack!
